Feature request on OOO App
We suggest the following:
- An agent has solved a ticket, and this agent is the assignee
- The agent goes "unavailable"
- End-user replies and ticket is reopened and is still assigned to the "unavailable" agent
Can you please develop a feature in OOO that will unassign tickets assigned to agents with status "unavailable"
