    Hey Anon,

We don't have any guides that will walk you through setting this up but I was able to track down an external post on Stack Overflow that may help: Automatically open default email client and pre-populate content

I'm rather limited on what I can assist with on my end but hopefully the above will point you in the right direction.

I'll leave this post open in case others want to jump in and offer up some additional advice.

    Cheers!

I was able to create an HTML link that will mimic a mailto, but I can't even seem to get the HTML code to link normally in an article posted on my support guide page. Any help there?

    Hey Anon,

Can you confirm you're posting the code in the article source code? It may be helpful if you post the code you're using here so other users can take a look for you as well :)

I am almost certain that I am not posting it in the source code - it seems plain text. How do I get to the source code?

    Hey Anon,

You should see the option to edit the source code in an article as shown in the screenshot below:

Once that option is selected you should see a pop-up where you can paste the code you're using.

Got it - I was using the 'create a new section" to try to post it - needed to make it an article. Thanks!

BTW - I used is.gd to create a mailto link into an HTML code
