Change of time and SLAs
AnsweredWhen the time changes to/from summer time / winter time the timestamp of posts in tickets change as well (by 1h).
Is this change of time also correctly reflected in SLAs because for example it could potentially break SLAs regarding the given business hours.

Hi Benedikt Depta.
I haven't been able to find it mentioned in the Schedules articled, however, as far as I can see in our own Zendesk, the Schedules applied to the tickets considers summer/winter time and also the SLA targets.
