Advanced Search - Download CSV is limited to 100 results

Post due to recommendation in a ticket I recently opened up.
Thew (new) Advanced Search looks great but lacks in one thing - Download CSV. If the Advanced Search output is more than 100 results, the Download CSV only downloads 100, or the last chunk of data.
Response from Zendesk Customer Advocate:
"For the exports this is expected behavior with the recent changes to our search API endpoint that the advanced search app uses. The reason it is doing it this way is due to the filtering in advanced search so it it starting from the end instead of the beginning. This API returns 100 results a page, so for you 122 results that exports as 22 is because page 1 holds 1-100 and page 2 holds 101-122 which is what you're getting, if you swap your sorting to get the results in the opposite order then you should get 1-100 in your export. "
I don't think this is the correct design. I don't expect any service allowing me to export data, to differ from the output in the web UI.

With only 100 lines is impossible to use this professionally. I need to pull out over 60.000 lines. I have tried every possible way from the advanced search to the JSON reports and the CSV reports. All of them miss something. It is so frustrating. I wonder if everyone using this tool is checking their data because I am sure the number of corrupt db has to be huge.

Kay I did not check. Thank you for suggesting.
But in our case we will not. Our company's strict security policies do not allow us to use any app/extension/etc from non approved certified vendors. Unfortunately we see lots of apps with admin rights which prevent us from controlling data leakage. Specifically I could not find ISO 27001 compliance for this app provider.
Hence, much like Andres Figueroa we are looking for built-in tools.

Kay, I just checked the link to the apps, but that exporter looks very much to the existing Report Export that is in the Admin panel, where you can also pull out CSV and Json and so forth. The problem with the Report tool in the Admin section is that it does not give you consistent data. Some columns are missing information, it is really crappy. Does anyone here know how to use the API, I heard it can also be used to pull data out.

@Igal, The app doesn't have any external access, and fully runs in your Zendesk account, without any external access. You decide who has, or doesn't have access. This is also stated in the terms of the app.
@Andres, this app doesn't use that export feature. And I can assure you the data is consistent. The export app is completely built upon the API.
Again, I don't want to push to hard, since my colleagues developed this app. However I can assure you it does everything you need.
