I'm pretty new to Zendesk, so maybe I'm just not searching with the right terms. I have a handful of Agents whose accounts get demoted to End User somehow. We have Azure AD sync in place, and these users are set to belong in the Agent group within Azure.
Does anyone know why this might be happening and how to fix it? I have to go into their Zendesk profiles and manually change them back to Agent every few days or so.
