We would like to see if it is possible to have more editing options in the comment/ reply box in JIRA through the Integration App when sending replies back to Zendesk.
At the moment the box is plain and has no options to make anything bold or to include bullet points etc.
We usually write in the comments of the JIRA, then copy-paste the reply to the box - the formatting and text tools utilized will however get lost, so we try to at least re-space the paragraph in order to make the comment clear and understandable for the agent receiving the message.
If it's a long comment, with Terms and Conditions for example, the message becomes messy and hard to read once it's sent to the Zendesk Ticket. Pulling the box to make it bigger makes it so that the "SEND" and "CANCEL" options disappear - and there is also a limit to how much you can pull the window.
If we could operate directly inside the box (meaning if it were big enough, and i we had editing options), then it would make the whole process more efficient.
