Salesforce Integration should have option to Match on External ID for Users and Orgs
The new Salesforce integration is missing a key element to ensure the sync's "Match On" value is not altered. Specifical the ability to Match on External ID, the only truly read-only attribute in the Web UI for users, organizations, and tickets. Without granular R/W R/O permissions for User and Organization fields, this is a necessity to ensure that the Match value not altered in error in by an agent.
So please add the ability to match on External ID for tickets, end-users, and organizations.

Any news on this from the Zendesk Team, matching on the External ID is a must, especially at the organization level where it's the only unique field.

This is blocking our ability to implement and make use of the integration. This is a major oversight by Zendesk.
When do you plan to add this?

This should be something that's prioritized if it doesn't exist on the roadmap already. For instance, if one of our customer's gets bought out by another company and their organization name changes, that will break the integration mapped on Org Name while that External/Account ID would stay the same.
