Zendesk JIRA integration and Tempo fields

    Hi Nick - 

    The JIRA integration supports some of the more commonly used JIRA system fields and custom field types, but field types created by 3rd party apps are not currently supported. 

    Apologies for the dead link - it used to go to a product feedback request to enable Tempo fields which the product team had declined to act on. Hopefully the Googlebots will stop indexing that one soon.

    This is the old link, but it seems to have been archived: Showing Tempo Fields in Jira App

    This is still an ongoing issue for us as well, as it is not possible to make the account a required field in Jira and use the Zendesk integration as it is not possible to set that field when creating an issue. Our support staff needs to set the account in Jira for each issue after creating it through the integration.

    Unfortunately there has been no change since this was reported in March of 2018...

    Thanks Nicole! Maybe there will be an improvement to include Tempo fields in the integration at some point, it would definitely make things easier for us and many other Zendesk and Jira+Tempo users.
