I've recently set up the JIRA integration plugin for Zendesk. However I'm struggling to get the JIRA fields I want to connect to appear in Zendesk. We're using Tempo in JIRA for time reporting and that has an 'Account' field that we're using to track the client that each ticket was originated by, if any, and therefore who should be billed, etc. I can't see a way to allow Zendesk agents to enter this field (or even better to have it entered automatically) when creating issues.
In the JIRA Zendesk config the Account field doesn't show as an option for the webhook handler config, and in Zendesk Jira config I never get the option to display any fields other than the default set for each issue type.
BTW googling this topic shows me that someone has already asked this question or something similar in this community, however Zendesk tells me I don't have permission to see the previous answers (if there were any) so I've had to make a new post
