I am trying to send a follow-up email to people who haven't responded to our feedback survey. This worked fine until late December, but it hasn't send any follow-up emails for the past three weeks.
When I tried to figure out what was wrong, I found that the Automation wasn't finding nearly as many "satisfaction offered" tickets as a view was. For example, when I tried these Automation criteria you can see I get 18 tickets.
But when I try a view with the same criteria, I get 701 tickets:
I'm guessing this is related towhy my automation, which in reality looks like this:
has not sent any mail in the past three weeks or so. Someone, please help! (btw, I tried to find a way to send this directly to Zendesk, but all I could find was this community forum. If there's a way to open a ticket directly with Zendesk, I'd love to know that too).
