We are currently running a 14day Trail with Zendesk to explore switching over from our current system.
We created a test ticket yesterday and noted that the images are broken in the eMail, but on the actual ticket in the Service Desk they appear just fine.
We noted a number of conflicting Q and A's and are unsure if this is a result of the free trail and whether or not this functionality is currently supported.
We have tried to reach out to Zendesk support but unfortunately, we have found it not to be very helpful at this stage.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue with the Free Trial or otherwise or are there certain permitations such as the images need to be jpeg | png format and should be added as an attachment instead of copy and pasting into the body of the ticket?
Any guidance in this instance will be greatly appreciated.
