Images in eMails appear broken but are working in the portal

    Welcome to the Zendesk Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with broken images on your account :(

    I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Advocacy team can take a look at a couple of ticket examples to determine the cause of this issue.
