Agents can't create tickets from Guide UI

    It seems like you're not the only requesting this feature. Actually, someone else has already made a feature request, but unfortunately, it seems like it has not been picked up by the product team yet.

    I highly agree that this functionality would be extremely helpful.  The agent UI does not show the microtext under the fields as is shown in the Help Center version of the form.

    I agree.  This would be a great feature to add to Guide.  We have several staff users that are agents for specific needs but would benefit greatly by being able to submit tickets for other needs via Guide.  Please implement an enhancement for this!!!
