As our team has grown we have run into issues with macro updates. We've empowered all agents to make updates in the moment when needed for best efficiency, however now we are starting to see cases where changes are made that some or many on the team do not agree with, and we have to search old tickets for the old language to revert to.
While we don't want to take edit power away from anyone, we would like to document macro changes somewhere. It would be great if Zendesk kept track of previous version of macros or last updates but this seems to not (yet) be the case. The team also is not excited about keeping track of anything in another google doc.
Does anyone in the community have an app or a process they use to track macro changes?
