We have a tag "5time" I need to report on tickets by agent, for a given period, with this tag.I need the ticket numbers too.
I haven't reported on tags before, or created custom metrics yet, but I have tried following guidance which has taken me this far.
I have identified the metric I believe I need; IF (CONTAINS([Ticket Tags],"5time")) THEN COUNT(Tickets)
But I don't know how or where to apply/save this metric to use it in my reports. Can you help?
