    Hi Howard.  You can create metrics from inside queries.  

    1. Create a new query with the ticket dataset.  I'm making an assumption here on which dataset would be best to use with your calculation above, but these steps are the same for any dataset.

    2. Click the calculations button on the right (looks like a calculator) and choose standard calculated metric.

    3. Build out your metric and save.

    4. Your metric will now be available in all queries from this dataset in the "Calculated metrics" header.  If you need it across datasets, you will have to build in each dataset.
