We currently have a small handful of organization fields set up on each of our orgs in Zendesk. One of those org fields is Account Manager. When we land a new customer we set up their org in Zendesk and they are assigned an Account Manager.
I am working on setting up new macros of a new product release we have coming out soon. In the macro we would like to be able to say "I am assigning this ticket to your Account Manager, Meg, to kickoff updating your system to this newest release." We have four different account managers so I would need to use a placeholder that fills in with the correct account manager based on what is in the org field. I found a placeholder for custom ticket fields but not for org fields.
Does anyone know of a way to use an org field as a placeholder? Thanks!
