    Hello Maggie St. Clair,

Placeholders are generated automatically, based on the ticket and current user properties. These are referred to as system placeholders. When you add custom fields for tickets, users, or organizations, they are also available as placeholders. You can use placeholders for your custom fields as you would any other system placeholder. The article I linked below goes into detail on how to accomplish this in your instance.

    Using placeholders

    Best regards.

You can use organization fields by using a placeholder like: ticket.organization.custom_fields.

Replace the key name with the field key of your organization field. This will only work if you have a requested set in the ticket and it will use the organization set for that requester. If you are displaying a drop down option add ‘.title’ to the end of the placeholder to show the value instead of the tag.
