Contextual Agent Signatures
As an admin I'd like to set a signature format for every channel I have set up in Zendesk, or based on custom criteria.
For example, show a specific signature for one or multiple Groups, and/or if custom ticket field equals one or multiple values, and/or if the channel is:
- Integration channels (Youtube, Google Play, Instagram, etc.)
- API (e.g. custom chatbot and other integrations)
Because each channel allows specific formatting rules, the goal would be to have a consistent agent signature properly formatted across all of them.
Note: although the Zignatures add-on already enables this to some extent, it requires configuration in Liquid.

I fully comply with this.
We would like to control signatures from a central point, so we use the general signature feature, as agents seem to modify their own from time to time.
However we would very much like to be able to control this pr. group, as it makes sense to have individual sigantures for individual products in our case.
We do not use brands.
