    Hey Hagay,

    I confirmed with one of our Talk experts and it looks like the Hebrew language is not supported with the Textback feature. You'd have to select from the list of languages and then you could include the text message in Hebrew if necessary.

    I'm a little unclear on what exactly you need from triggers and tags since neither of these features would allow for the user to hear a message over the phone. You could use triggers to send an SMS message if the caller leaves a voicemail but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for.

    hey brett,

     

    the problem is that when i want to send a customer text message in Hebrew the customer hear before that a system  message  in English "please confirm your phone number..."

    it means that customers will hear English (the text message will be Hebrew).

    i am trying to find some workaround flow... to send text message from IVR without the English system message
