Hello Zendesk Team
- We would like have Zendesk pull (powershell get-aduser) AD user properties into Zendesk user fields so agents may better validate user identity.
-We would also like to have agent O365 Outlook calendars change their Zendesk agent Out of Office status based upon contents of their calendar. We don't want tickets assigned to them if unavailable. Agents must manually switch the ZD OoO but often forget to disable upon return :/
-Will there be Microsoft Teams integrations coming soon?
-Will nested drop down fields be searchable on end-users form? An agent can type part of the contents and get hits. An end-user cannot, they must manually navigate the nested fields.
