Hi Guys, I’m wondering is you can help me wrap my head around this.
Since Insights is being retired, I am looking into getting what I need in Explore. One of those things is seeing how many tickets have been created, solved and reopened in the previous week, but only for a specific ticket group.
I tried to get used to it by following this here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022178794-Getting-started-with-Explore-Walkthrough, but it renders all tickets in the company, not just the group I am interested in. Is there any way I can narrow down my search? Thanks.
