I am trying to configure a metric for the first day resolution service level.
I created a separate metric:
IF (MED(Full resolution time (hrs)) <12)
And then I divide the result of this metric by COUNT(Tickets) in a separate metric.
In case I add [Ticket ID] to "Rows" it works fine - shows 100% for tickets with Full resolution time < 12 and empty value for others.
However if I want to see the overall value I always get 100%.
In insights I used metric
SELECT # Tickets WHERE (SELECT Full Resolution Time (hrs) [Mdn] BY Ticket Id) < 12
and it worked, but how to achieve the same in Explore?
