If Guide is not live, it SHOULD NOT be visible to signed in users

    Hey Kaira,

    Just to confirm, is Guide showing for signed in end-users or signed in agents on your account? You should be able to deactivate Guide for end-users by navigating to Guide Admin>Guide Settings and select Deactivate Help Center.

    Let me know if that's not what you're looking for!

    Hello Tushar,

    We are so sorry that we reply just now, and are so grateful for your patience in this extraordinary business climate. 

    Just to clarify, do you mean that the Zendesk chat widget is hidden when agents are login, or are you referring to end-users? If you are using Chat through the Web Widget, you can code the widget in a way that it displays only to signed-in users: Web Widget API v1 or code it so it displays to all users but then chats only displays to signed-in users. To do so you will need to custom code the widget and this is what developers should be able to help you with. I would really advise you to consult with one.

    What happens when you manually set the status of the agent to online? Can you share screenshots of what you see when agents are login? Thank you in advance!
