Network Error when trying to filter some attributes

    Ricki, can you filter on something else like a date to try and further limit the results until you get a query that won't time out?

    I've tried using dates to limit the results but still getting the same error unfortunately.

    Can you share a screenshot of your actual query?  Sometimes I find I have to save the query with the changes to make it smaller, then close and reopen it to start fresh.

    Hi Hillary,

    I've limited the results to one ticket and within a 1 day period but still get a timeout when trying to filter the Changes - New value field.

    Hey Ricki, I'm not sure.  I would advise asking Zendesk for more help - maybe start a ticket or a chat.
