Help Building Query - # Ticket Updates

    Hi Morgan,

    First, what is the report you are (re)creating supposed to display? I see that you have included the 'Assignee name' attribute in the Explore query, but it doesn't seem to be part of the Insights report? Also, what filter is applied in Insights?

    Second, have you tried using the metric called 'Updates'? The Insights metric is not limited to only be agent updates, but ticket updates in general.

    Hi Morgan, I'm wondering if you can use the "Ticket updates" metric in the Ticket updates dataset. This will give you a count of all tickets that have been updated. You can then use various filters to cut that down to the timescale you want.
