I have searched the community and guides but cannot find the answer. I am confused on how SLA priority works exactly. For example:
Lets say my current setup has Requester Wait Time and from Low to Urgent priority is 1m, 17m, 90h, 120h. No matter how long it has been it always says the next breach is -X minutes. Meaning it always points to the low priority of 1m. Why is it not moving to the next breach?
