    Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, and apologies for the delay!

    I agree that it would make the most sense for the REST API to provide the ability to update call outcomes. While we currently do not have planned updates on this feature, I'm submitting a request to our Product Team on your behalf and would love to advocate for any future projects.

    Meanwhile, our Tech Support Team would be happy to assist in updating or bulk assign call outcomes for your account. Would you be able to reach out to support@zendesk.com with your request and the data to be updated?
