    Darren, if you clone the query, you get the option to pick a different dataset.  It looks like your queries are deleted, however, from your screenshot.  If you deleted that dataset, you will have deleted all your queries linked to that dataset too.  Do you see your queries in the query list?

    Your screenshot looks very similar to the Zendesk released Support dashboard - can you use that dashboard instead?  It should be running off the default datasets.

    Hi Hillary, thanks for getting back to me. I couldn't see any option to clone. So I ended up rebuilding from scratch. It's ok though, as I made some upgrades whilst I did it. Cheers

    Hey Darren, glad you got it working.  FYI, for next time, you can clone a query from the query list menu on the right.  When you do it from here, you are prompted to pick a new dataset if needed.
