    Got a request that 8 hours was not long enough, was strange that next only option to provide them was longer than desired at 2 weeks.

    Hi Caroline - We've added 4x10 shifts so the 8 hour limit is causing agents to login at least twice during their extended shifts.  It would be great to have the option to set specific agents to a 10 or 12 hour limit, while keeping the agents on the standard 5x8 shifts at the 8 hour access expiration point.

    Adding to this, It would be nice to get people through an extended workday (more than 8 hours) but not open the security risk to a full 2 weeks of an active session. 10, 12, 24 hours all would be reasonable intermediate options.
