    Hi Irene,

To me it looks like you are using the normal time filter - not the time travel. And if so, I would suggest you to do the following:

    1. Set the time filter to "this month":

    2. Add a bookmark and call it This month, pin the bookmark:

    3. Hide the bookmark:

Now whenever someone enters the dashboard, it will display data for "this month". This setup will also allow you to change the time period afterwards to view desired data - it will also always revert back to this month when the dashboard is either closed or refreshed.

Also, be aware that you might have to repeat the steps a few times, as it sometimes doesn't apply the first time.

    #helpsome regards,

    Hi Marie-Cathrine Sørensen

    Thanks for your advice!

And what's the different between normal time filter and time travel?

The time filter lets you limit results to a specific date range and allows you to select date periods like "today", "this month" and so on. Time travel allows you to change the reference date of those ranges, i.e. if you have set the time filter to "this month", then the user of the dashboard can use this widget to change "this month" to eg. July 2019. I hope this makes sense :)
