What would be considered good percentages for "was this article helpful" votes?

    I think 80-100% is quite good. But it really depends on how complex a product you're providing articles about.

    And yes, I believe you're absolutely right on the matters that people could state a no just because they didn't like the answer - the feature of providing a reason for one clicking no, would be a feature request. :-)
