I'm a novice here so I'm hoping someone can answer if this is possible or not - so far I haven't found an answer in my search of articles and community posts (I've done more than a cursory search, maybe I'm not phrasing my search to get the best results).
We are working toward launching our ZD Help Center that will mainly be used by employees but also by some external third parties/general public. We want to find out if it's possible to add a button that links to an external site from our Help Center BUT that would only be active for our employees - it's our swag site where new employees can chose a shirt, etc., so we definitely don't want the general public to be able to get to it. We are hoping it's possible so we can lessen the number of clicks someone would have to take to get to it, rather than navigating to a link in an article.
So far I've found some tips about adding in some buttons that look like categories but there's no mention of being able to restrict that access to specific users. Any advice?
