Reporting on internal and external replies to tickets
It would be nice to be able to report on internal and external replies to tickets.

Nicole - we would love to report on both internal and public comments.

Hi Jacob,
It is possible to report on both internal and public comments in the 'Ticket updates' dataset using the metrics 'Public comments' and 'Internal comments'.
Did you have a specific query in mind that you would like to create?
