Reporting on internal and external replies to tickets

    Thanks for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what aspects you would want to be able to report on and in what way? How does this impact your workflow?

    Nicole - we would love to report on both internal and public comments.

    Hi Jacob,

    It is possible to report on both internal and public comments in the 'Ticket updates' dataset using the metrics 'Public comments' and 'Internal comments'.
