Calculated Attribute: Return Attribute Value with Highest Count

    Hi Paul,

    From what I understand, you are trying to create a query that displays only the ticket issue with the highest number of unsolved tickets. You can do the following to get only the highest number without having to create a calculated attribute:

    1. Select metric 'Unsolved tickets'
    2. Select your issue field as an attribute (rows)
    3. Click the 'Result manipulation' button (↓↑)
    4. Click on 'Sort' and select 'Value descending'
    5. Go back to 'Result manipulation'
    6. Click on 'Top/bottom' and select 'Top' and put in 1 as the value
    7. Optional: Set 'Visualization type' to KPI (this will display only the number of tickets)
