We are having a custom requirement. We are allowing end-user login only via JWT token from our Application and no other way. We want to limit end-users only upto ticket creation and nothing else. So when the user gets to Zendesk from our application and creates a ticket then after user clicks on submit button, they should be redirected back to our application. We are having "Professional" subscription. Can anyone suggest how can we make custom redirect on ticket submission in Zendesk. Also, I have already seen this "Redirecting end users to other url upon ticket submission" link and didn't helped.
