I want to create an explore report table to have tickets where the customer has not been updated in a week.
I have tried this and have managed a report where there are no comments at all. However it the support team put an internal comment on their this doesn't work as it looks as if they have actioned it.
I looked into using the requester updated but it doesn't make sense for my dates.
Example is that someone updated the customer on the Monday but this still appeared on the list.
Does anyone have a report similar to this that they can advise me on where to start.
