    Hey Kyle,

My knowledge in this area is rather limited, however, I've reached out to our Community Moderators to see if they have any advice for you. I've also gathered some Guide customization resources that may also help:

Let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

Kyle Beaulieu there's a few things at play here. Your initial subject mentions SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and redirects with changes to these pages that were generating 404s or were broken links. Most search engines can take anywhere from 4 days to 4+weeks to reindex a website's pages and content, at which time they would then 'clear' (move down in relevancy) search results to those old follow/subscription pages. You can do some coded redirects in your own Help Center Guide code, but that is limited in that it only works through natural navigation on your HC.

If a user has a page bookmarked for one of those erroneous URLs (our org learned this lesson early), then they will continue to receive the 404 as redirects inside the HC code do not have any impacts on any bookmarked pages. You might be able to write something custom coded for this scenario to force a refresh to a user's bookmarks, but that is beyond my expertise and skill set.
