We are looking to put in an extra security measure - if a CC email address is added to a ticket where the domain is not part of the list for the Organization or part of our own organization, that this is prevented or flagged?
We are trying to avoid the mistake where we add a CC, but accidentally add in an email of another client. E.g. We wanted to add email@example.com to ticket for client abc, but accidently added firstname.lastname@example.org.
