I am banging my head against the implementation and could not find any satisfying answer, so hope someone can help me here.
My script.js in Help Center is running a query for Requests like so:
url: "/api/v2/requests.json?organization_id=" + data.user.organization_id + "&status<solved&fieldvalue=true",
Note that I am trying to use the fieldvalue key in order to query a custom field I have set up for the end user.
I have several custom fields (a checkbox true/false and a drop down list with "true"/"false" in order to see which ticket could be working).
Unfortunately the query returns me ALL organization tickets, not just the ones with that particular fieldvalue. It also returns me ticket, which have an empty array in the fields array in the json format, so the search seems to discard the fieldvalue query completely?
I tried : and = in that query, capital letter, small letters, etc, but the fieldvalue is not being recognised and I get the entire list whatever I do.
Does anyone know how to restrict the request.json search to only return me tickets that have the specific field? Or even just any ticket within the organization that hasn't got the fields array empty?
Hope that makes sense!
