the web widget out of the box doesn't allow us (as far as can be seen) to incorporate the product/url of the page the customer was on when asking a question (via the contact form) unless in a live chat scenario - we would like this to be incorporated please.
Ideally a submitted question would thus contain:
1. The customer name and email (as present)
2. The question/how we can help (as present)
3. The product/url that initiated the question - contextual help for the agent! Remember customers are not always precise and the question such as 'do you ship this to the outer hebrides'? might not be accompanied with details of which product the customer wanted shipping.
