When making a view how are ticket fields sorted (and how do you find them)
Hi All,
When you make a new view and you want it to look at specific custom ticket fields, how are the custom fields sorted in the list (as it seems completely random) and what is the best way of finding the one you need. I often spend 10 minutes scrolling through a list of around 300 custom field names to find the one I need.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about, (with the custom fields being just under these ones)

I am not sure myself! I posted a feature request here. I highly recommend upvoting and following.
I hope Zendesk gives us some options soon.
