I had a suggestion that would greatly help our team. My Company (Pinger, Inc) is an app developer and we have multiple apps for Android and iOS devices.
We have Pinger, TextFree, Sideline and more coming down the line. I would find an extreme amount of help with being able to link our multiple help sites to one slack channel.
We currently set up a slack channel "ask_anything" for our agent to ask the bot questions, but with AB, it only allows one brand. This forces us to have multiple channels (per brand) which can add clutter and confusion to our agents.
Other 3rd party AI vendors offer the ability to sync multiple sources.
It would be great to have this functionality in the future! Thank you.
