Basically, my request is to allow to add some info on a ticket view from the Organization Fields.
Here's an example :
In my case, every Organizations that we have is assigned by a Customer Program (a drop down menu where you can chose what status it is) :
Therefore, I would like to add a column in the Tickets Views to have that information, like that :
The goal is like that, in a single view, the agent can see this Customer Program and prioritize the ticket regarding that (more important the Customer Program is, more valuable the client is).
