SEO tools like HubSpot are scraping our Zendesk site and returning errors and recommendations to improve SEO.
Our site doesn't require sign-in, but all pages seem to have a duplicate sign-in page that is showing when scraped. These pages don’t appear to have any meta or h1 information.
From Zendesk support officer, "it is expected that restricted articles are excluded from being indexed by SEO tools." But this doesn't seem to be the case.
Can meta descriptions be added for the pages that require sign-in so that if they are scraped/show in search results then users are taken to the relevant page. If no sign in is required, they can access the content, or sign in and know they're on the right page for sites that require sign in?
