I am trying to understand how to use the CC field when creating or updating a ticket from within Salesforce (SF). The new Salesforce integration is working well, but having a bit of an issue getting the CC capability to work.
When I create a new ticket in SF, the CC field is not available. After the ticket is created the CC field exists but when I select/edit the field it is blank and I cant enter anything into the field.
Anyone run into this or can explain why this is happening?
