    Hi Jeff!

    We do see other people bring in a local number for outbound calls, so you're not alone here.

    What you would need to do in this scenario is to buy a number with the area code you're looking for from another provider since Twilio doesn't have any currently available, then have it ported into Zendesk so that it is available for Talk.
