If the chat is exited by an agent instead of a user, the tag zopim_chat_ended is not given and the chat is not visible in the "history".
(This chat will be disabled even if you put "satisfactory" on the satisfaction level.)
If the user doesn't end the chat forever, the agent has no choice but to terminate it, but
It's very annoying that you can't see it from "history".
Is there a way to see from "history" when an agent exits?
(We hope to improve the functionality in the future.)
Is there a way to show the "history" of the chat that was terminated by the agent?

Hey Team,
When I checked earlier, the user has been exited and now appears in the "History".
It may be that the user logged out of Zendesk and was given the tag zopim_chat_ended.There is no problem with the withdrawal of this case.
