When an agent exits a chat, the tag zopim_chat_ended is not given and the chat is not visible in the "history"

    Hey Team,

    When I checked earlier, the user has been exited and now appears in the "History".
    It may be that the user logged out of Zendesk and was given the tag zopim_chat_ended.

    There is no problem with the withdrawal of this case.
