Prevent agents sending side conversations to support addresses

    I want the exact opposite. ;-)

    But in our instance it behaves the way you want. Trying to send a side conversation to a support address is not possible.

    Fabio Strasser, what's the behaviour when you try to send to a support address through side conversation? Do you receive an error message?

    No, nothing really happens.

    If I click on "Side conversations" afterwards, nothing happens either. If I click on the "+" symbol, this little message pops up. And it will stay there forever and nothing happens. ;-)

    If you look in suspended tickets, do you see the conversation sitting in there? That's where ours end up. No warning or anything.
