I'm looking for assistance in understanding if Explore has the ability to report on data fields that may have changed value multiple times in a tickets lifespan.
An example of this would be group or ticket form, if team A pass a ticket to team B and then again on to team C who solve the ticket. I would like to be able to individually report on how long the ticket spent at any one point. Such as how long did team B hold this ticket?
From every metric I've tried, Explore always returns the most recent/current value of a field and I'm unable to identify a way to capture data that was present in a field and since has changed to another value.
