    hi Devan, 

    So the impact for us or how i can replicate the issue is. On our intranet we have a link which opens to our zendesk guides page. If we click on that link it opens the page but does not sign-in automatically.

    When we access the same zendesk guides page by a saved linked or copy\pasted link, it signs in automatically after a brief 3-5 seconds pause.
