    Hi Chris - 

    Unfortunately,total online time and time available metrics are not currently available in Explore to report on further. However, it appears that you can fetch this data under available_time in the API Agent Activity.

    Alternatively, you might consider an app like TymeShift to help you get to this number.

    While this appears to be on the roadmap for Zendesk in the future, I would encourage you to add your thoughts to this product feedback post as well.

    Hi. It has been a little over a year since this topic was brought up. My company is looking to examine Online vs Away vs Offline talk times. Has there been any progress on this front or is it still recommended to use Tymeshift? Thank you!
