    Hello Marwa Naguib,

    I understand that you want to make changes to your web widget like the borders and launcher button. You, your IT department or your developers team might be able to add the color around the chat widget on your site using the Zendesk Developers web widget API documentation.

    You can specify an overall color for the web widget and a custom color for the text in the launcher and contact button, but If the element you are looking to customize is not listed in the API document, it might mean that it has not yet been defined.

    Lastly, the "Help" text appear beside the question mark is a default text that can only be modified to HelpSupport or Feedback (defined on the Web Widget Admin page).
